Every time I visit the Thame Clinton cards the staff are amazing. They provide a huge amount of advice and go above and beyond to make sure you leave the shop happy. Fantastic service.

Do visit Clinton Cards in Thame if you like being spoken down to in a very patronising way, by holier than thou staff who only seem interested in upselling 'Charity Pens' to you who have no manners or general politeness about them.

Came here 45 minutes before closing, had a youngish chap with a beard who was rude. Didn?t greet anyone, avoided all eye contact if possible. Grabbed a card and went to the till where he didn?t say anything apart from ?£1.50? then threw the card on the table and said ?bye?Leave if you?re not happy where you are working otherwise improve your customer service skills. I?ll also add they are expensive, charging you nearly £3.50 for a card with a bit of writing on. Avoid

Very hit or miss with this shop. Lots of gifts and stuff however it is very crammed. Most of the products are very over priced. Nice gifts (if you have the money). Lacking helium most of time. Staff are helpful most of time.

Good place for a last resort but it is cramped and expensive for basic things you can get cheaper elsewhere, they charge £3.00 just for a card with some writing but you go to card factory they will charge you £2 for about 10.

Very hit and miss service. Some members of staff very friendly, others very, very rude.

This shop never actually opens at the right time, always closes early or opens late and service is appalling!

The shop is cluttered and a nightmare to navigate around for wheelchair users or those with pushchairs. They have tried to cram in too much merchandise into what is quite a small shop (width-wise). What they sell isn't particularly cheap either - there used to be a range of cheap cards, but these seem to have vanished now? And finally, there only ever seems to be one person serving, leading to frequent queues, especially during lunchtimes and weekends.
