My mum had heard great things about this place, and took me out for what was promised to be a wonderful experience. She was absolutely right - we did the 6 course menu and I could not recommend this place more highly. The food was incredible, and the family run environment, and the way they all engaged with us throughout, really did make it an unforgettable evening. I will 100% be back - thank you to the team there for such a brilliant experience. Wonderful people, fantastic food

Stopped here for a cool drink whilst out on our bikes with our dogs. The team were lovely, lent us a walking book with local routes in and brought cool water for our dogs. We didn't eat but the food looked amazing!

This place never fails to impress. The set dinner menu does change and consists of amuse bouches, breads, fish course, meat course , cheeses, pre desert and desert if I remember correctly. Great value for money and superb food , all courses are explained by the chefs and the wine list is good. The lunches are normally a choice. Highly recommended

Our friends who live nearby took us here last night. What an amazing experience. A first for us with the tasting menu. Absolutely delicious. Great attention to detail. A family owned business. The chef comes out and explains the dishes. I can highly recommend and will hopefully return when next in the area.

We just popped in for a drink , very warm welcome and very friendly , just before we finished our drinks the chef brought us out a little salmon appetiser, which was absolutely beautiful and also unexpected but very kind , just off the back of our 1st experience we are planning on going back to try the food , would highly recommend
