As this was a special birthday we thought we would invite 20 friends for dinner at our favourite eating place. Mikey the chef patron who cooks everything from scratch rose to the challenge beautifully. Absolutely delicious food we returned another night. The ribs were so tender and melt in your mouth, and not an ounce of fat. Memorable village and location for travelling senior Aussies. Would love to stay here.

From The Bell
The Bell is an 18th Century country pub located on the village green in Shenington, a picturesque village in rural North Oxfordshire on the edge of the Cotswold escarpment. First opened in 1700 this traditional English inn has provided a place to eat and drink for locals and travellers alike. Built with distinctive local Ironstone the pub has a log fire, original flagstones and exposed beams.
