We walked in at 11:30am - waited by the door for a moment. No staff member in sight so we made our way to a table by the window. The waitress then very rudely exclaimed to us to not sit where we want and to wait by the door next time. She wouldn?t let us sit at the table we wanted. There was only one other person in the whole restaurant. We got up and left straight away because of this persons attitude.

The customer service at Zizzi was absolutely amazing from the staff especially Georgina.
She was always asking us if we were ok and if we needed anything extra.
Very smiley, bubbly staff.
Food was amazing but one thing that the temperature could have been hot as it was a bit cold when receiving it.
Parking: Had to walk a very long distance to zizzi,
More parking space needed.
But it was still a good walk to see the city.
Kid-friendliness: Kids menu very good and lovely portion sizes for them to finish the food and be full.
Had colouring activities but just needed extra colouring pencils.

Lovely meal out at Zizzi?s in Oxford - our server Ben was kind and attentive, and the food lovely.
Vegetarian options: I hate a lovely vegan stufato.
Kid-friendliness: Kids menus and drawing pens and papers.

Dietary restrictions: You were careful to check that the sea bass was served gluten free, the dish had a small sticker to confirm, this was appreciated
