Zara in Oxford is surprisingly huge for a cozy city like Oxford! Visited the store couple of weeks ago and oh my! So many clothing sections, it was like a fashion maze in there. The staff was friendly, helping me find a size of a product and especially a kind lady named Sarah at the till desk really nailed it with the customer service. She greeted me with the most welcoming smile and calmly waited while I struggled to find my elusive card to pay (typical me). Customer service was surprisingly positive, way better than those snooty Zara stores in London!
