I visited the Zara Oxford store today around 5 PM and was very disappointed with the customer service. The staff member at the men?s till was sitting on his phone and looked very uninterested in working. When I went to pay, he was a bit rude and gave me attitude, which made the whole experience unpleasant. Zara is a great brand, but customer service like this really needs improvement.

Went to try on some top over my clothes and the rude worker came up to me and said in a rude tone changing rooms are upstairs and then proceeds to go and talk about me out loud

Went there Tuesday for a dress and was confused but preeti was amazing and too kind. Such a great fashion sense too . Give her a raise;)

Incompetent and rude staff. Avoid! Absolutely Inefficient way of returning goods and collecting parcels. Zara?s shops have gone downhill, you get better customer service in Primark!

Went in to discuss an order and the blonde manager who came over was probably one of the rudest people I?ve encountered in a store before, hope she can stop projecting on other people. :)

Facilities totally inadequate to number of customers: not enough fitting rooms, automatic cashiers not working, long queues at cashiers, everything slow, total chaos

I don't know who is ordering the clothes to this zara but they don't have a good taste . ..they should take example from zara in Ba1th ,beautiful clothes , stylish ,bigger variety of shoes aswell

A Spanish worker has been disrespectful to me and my friends. I went to Zara to have a good time and we didn't make any noise and she started ordering us to shut up in a very terrible and aggressive way. I find it very ugly. Workers like that shouldn't be working there. Regards.

The treatment of one of the workers was disgraceful. We were with some friends talking and he silenced us in a quite aggressive way. Totally pathetic.
I don't understand people's lack of empathy, and I find the treatment and control they had in the situation humiliating.
It should be noted that he has given us the middle finger. I would ask that you take a better look at your workers before hiring them. Bad experience.

The treatment of a worker was a lack of respect towards us. We were talking and he told us in a terrible way to shut up, then he gave us the middle finger when we left. Devastating. Can someone explain me why ZARA in Oxford charges me VAT 20% .? That is too much. One of the staff told me because of Brexit and all shop will do the same thing. Then H&M, Primark and MANGO didn't charge me for VAT. Thank you.
