I go to wickes weekly and honestly terrible experience... very depressing atmosphere.. the woman asked me for a pin as she saw I was annoyed she kept asking the pin after saying the same pin 5 times it was okay .... horrible I will be going to b&q from now on

Planned a showroom visit for the bathroom we are building. Spent 15min over the phone giving our plans, asked to repeat all information by email (after being harassed by 3 phone calls and 2 emails in 24 hours and threatening to cancel our visit if we don't comply), only to be told that because the bathroom is not built yet, they cannot offer a visit.

Bailey at Wickes Oxford and Callum at Wickes Bicester are both brilliant and provide excellent customer service. They both deserve promotions. Unfortunately my experience with other members of the team has been some what disappointing. Thankfully there are a few good team members who carry the brand name.

Not the greatest click and collect experienceOrdered product , website said it would be ready in 30 minutesso went and got the orderit was not ready , nothing done about it , lots of staff (4) hanging around chattingthe guy who served me did eventually find it but kept saying things like "often stuff gets stolen from the shop so its not always there".He did eventually find it, he was a nice guy to be fair

Completely incompetent. They have messed up 5 conservative deliveries. They either don't turn up, or turn up incomplete or damageded. They never bother to call to update me. The store staff do seam to care but head office don't give a dam. I don't know why I keep using this joke of a company, they clearly don't appreciate my custom.

Kitchen and Bathroom design and supply. Utterly awful service. I placed an order and paid upfront in store in February. The order was initially lost on the system so I was told after chasing when nothing turned up after 14 days as promised. The items finally turned up, faulty, in late March. Returned immediately and asked for replacements, and we're now at the end of April and I've still had nothing! I've called, emailed, spoken with so many people and no one knows where my order is or what's happening and no one ever calls me back. They might have some nice items in the store but what's the point if they can't get them out to customers. I'm still waiting for someone to contact me.

WOW....the staff are utterly USELESS and exceedingly RUDE.more concerned talking amongst themselves than actually helping customers. Left empty handed and headed directly to Jewsons who helped me out. Avoid Avoid Avoid. 0/10 pointless place utterly rubbish. (Customer service training is sorely needed) I will not be going back or recommending to anyone.

Medium selection of things, but service really poor - a long queue and staff didn't know what they were doing when you get to the tills. A lengthy process!!However, good stock and good prices...
