I visited the store to buy some wooden garden sleepers, I had my children with me, one of which was in a pram. When I entered the store I stole to a gentleman at the tills, who directed me to his colleague to assist me. I asked the colleague if they would be able to assist me in purchasing 9 garden sleepers, to which he loaded a trolley and brought them out to my car for me, recognising that with my children with me I would be unable to do this myself whilst keeping them safe in the car park. So please pass my thanks on to Harry who assisted me today.
