Self check-out didn?t recognise my product, I waited at the till for more than ten minutes for a staff member to resolve the issue. No one came - they kept chatting to each other, serving customers who came after us, and paid no attention to me. If I could give 0 stars I would?

What a dismal place. The outside is a mess. Very poorly laid out. No staff on the tills, not even to help if the self service needs it. No pricing on the cards. I eventually found a surly girl who was chatting to someone else and she told me that all the pricing cards had gone missing. Why don't you make some more or better still put the price on the cards! She eventually found one (the wrong one) behind a pillar and showed no further interest in giving me the correct price. I left without any cards. If you can't be bothered to help I can't be bothered to give you my money.

I waited nearly 10 minutes just to pay. No staff noticed or around, and no customer service. I am utterly disappointed by the behaviour of this WHsmiths. Not only that they haven?t updated prices on the mogu mogu drinks. It specifically said ?2 for 3 pound? but as i went to pay they complained and said it was 4. I would not recommend this WHsmiths.

The worst customer service from Georgia today. I have managed to speak to her manager but a few minutes later she spoke to her manager in the same rude way that she spoke to me. Really disappointed.

Nice book store with lots of books. They also had some toys and snacks for the young ones.
However, the staff was unfriendly and provided poor customer services. They just ignored customers who were choosing a book while loading the new books on the shelves or rearranging them. Acted like chasing off customers out of the shop.

So excited to introduce our daughter to the magic of toys r us only to get up to the second floor in the lift to the see we can't actually access toyrus as there's only steps. Looking at it from above however the interactive section was empty and it just looks like a load of boxes on shelves so not appealing to little ones. Staff in toys r us t-shirts waking around the store looked utterly miserable aswell. One star for the usual book selection in the main smiths store but that wasn't the reason for your visit and we all left very disappointed.

Very poor customer service. The staff behind the till seemed totally unprofessional, and more interested in socialising amongst themselves than dealing with customers. I felt very disappointed by the poor level of service I received today.

I just saw a staff member swat a fly with a packet of pens and hang them back up.? Other than that I like the store but it's becoming rather outdated.

Absolutely wonderful shop with a great selection of stationery, notepads and books, everything you could ever want when it comes to reading and writing. The staff are always so kind and helpful and the shop has a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.

The selection of books and their promotions on them would deserve 5 stars. The problem is the staff. The only working cash desk has the queue on one side, then decides during construction to move it to the other side. The cashier never removed the closed checkout sign, so you have to pass the products in just 10cm.
