Drinks and food the usual stuff for a Starbucks, but it has to be said that the toilets here are bloody awful. The door lock looks like someone has tried to break in. Wash basin filthy. Urine all over the floor. Like something out of the movie Trainspotting.

I have been a loyal customer for the 30 years. Five months ago I decided to cut the sugar out so ordered a Venti filter coffee, I was told they did not make filter coffee anymore but I could have an americano for the same price. For months it tasted like hot water due to being very ill I thought it was my taste buds. I mentioned my concern as I would go twice a day and then suddenly it started to taste ok. Then my starbucks card would suddenly loose 15 pounds. I called all numbers that are available and was unable to speak to anyone also sending E-mail no reply. Eventually someone spoke to me I explained the problem he said he could see my card and yes the money had been taken out. Probably a mistake with card reader he credited my account, though as he pointed out the manager should have done it. A couple days later the same thing happened again I could no t get a reply from head office and spoke to another manager who gave me two vouchers, he did not understand I did not want free drinks I just wanted my money back as it is called theft...... I am rather frustrated at this point also my expresso frapp would taste different every time, only one person made it the same every time. So I foolishly went and asked them to make it correctly one too much sugar, hardly taste coffee too much ice which probably effects the taste. Then the so called area manager came he looked down at me and obviously did not respect women. Maybe it is a culture thing. My problem is he had no knowledge of coffee and he did not understand why I was upset. Told me no free drinks I said I do not want free drinks I just want the drinks made properly and for your card machine to stop stealing my money. He said we have no complaints which I know is not true but there was no point disagreeing so I said well English people do not like to complain. He then called me racist. Then he banned me from Starbucks. The problem I have due to being ill I am unable to drive to another Starbucks and to be honest I cannot afford the petrol. I went to see if I could get a cup of ice and the girl at the drive through did not speak to me and ignored me in fact someone else drove in and she would have just blocked the traffic. Maybe she would call the police and waste there time. I will no longer be here in a few months and it deeply upsets me I can not enjoy my favourite drinks. Also how can I get the £50.00 back from my Starbucks card? But here is a question some friend's asked me have any other people noticed the difference to Starbucks over the past 4 years. They seem to have no interest in the business and it is loosing money . My friend's believe they are using some of the business's to launder money but they do read a lot of books and have great imaginations as well as of the chart IQ. This particular drive through is Starbucks Oxford M40 Welcome Break DT. M40 Motorway, Junction 8a, Thame Road, Waterstock.

Initially, the lady who took our drive-thru order was polite and professional. However, when we reached the window, the young lady seemed uninterested, wearing a sour expression while leaning on the counter. It was quite embarrassing, and I think Starbucks should improve their staff management and training. Plus the hygiene levels are diabolical! ? they need a visit from the Environmental Health Officers. I wouldn't recommend spending your money at this particular Starbucks.

Been coming in here for last couple of weeks whilst staying at Travelodge here and Maz staff member is an absolute legend-very polite young chap as well as a great laugh-treats you more like a friend than a customer and his customer service is fantastic so would recommend-restaurant is very clean and well looked after by the staff here-well done

Dirty dirty place. Avoid if possible. Coffee good. Staff friendly enough, buts it disgustingly unhygienic in there. Do not use the toilets. They are covered walls, sink and toilet in urine and ground in dirt. Did complain to staff on way out and said you need to clean the toilets because they are extremely dirty. Met with a blank stare, so probably won?t be sorted. Just don?t go.

also suppose to be open all time yet again me and my sister are disabled and my partner all got kicked out at 11 in the freezing cold at -5 degrees.
car broke down they didn't care. even though we couldn't have heating in the car

Two stars because the coffees were reasonable. The service was not. Do Starbucks train their staff in customer service? I suggest they might like to remind those here that words and phrases such as ?please? and ?thank you? do form part of the English Language.

The lady serving today in the store near the front of the service station is exceptionally rude. It took her 3 attempts to get my coffee order correct and not once did she apologise. Terrible attitude and not a good representation of starbucks chain.

Nice surprise on this service area on the outskirts of Oxford Good service, even through the syrup requested for a frappe was not available the drink was well made and tasty - significantly better than others recently

It's ok I guess but would help if the hours of working were different. If you arrive there on a Saturday at 23h... Forget as they are closed and nothing is advertised anywhere. Around that area only the petrol station can supply sandwiches. It's a bit idiotic on a Saturday night!

KFC food was rubbish. Zinger burger failed to zing, chips were made from dry cardboard and the drink straw was about half a mile wide and almost impossible to drink from. Avoid.

Have to go down lots of steps to get to the wc, not helpful for people with walking difficulties and only 1 disabled wc on ground floor. Needs direct access to them from outside.

Used this stop a lot on our journeys. The toilets are ok and there is a reasonable choice of food and drink establishments, Waitrose, Starbucks and Burger King

Ideal spot for a driving break. Starbucks and M&s there. Free parking for about two hours. Toilets downstairs but ok. Different hand driers to use.
