There is a very rude person dealing with customers. I was one of this company?s customers, but after being treated badly by this man, I will not return. He is the first employee you see in the store?bald and very unprofessional in his behavior.

The young man who helped us was very helpful and very open about which data options were overpriced or not necessary. Our phone problems were sorted out quickly and politely.

Today 21.04 i went to Vodafone shop at Cornmarket store, first we meet Malik ARROGANNT AND IGNORANT .... asking to upgrade phone for traveling aboard ,hardly he explain anything just said no possible but i was just two moths ago and for the same service that was not a problem ,now become a problem ,second we sat down and waiting for next advice again he was not sure ,so assistant manage comes ah God help us , this boy Nathan was just rude ,aloof ,start to to philosophize simply me being age 65 was watching cocky young man giving me lesson about phone a business ,i felt so underestimated and like an idiot knowing that just few ago i was at this same job when one of advice who told me no problem just day before traveling all we can sort out hmm by the way NATHAN first learn customers service before you become cocky , second thank you for kind man who serve me today i think is was called Paul he was so kind to sort out everything for me .......... after 25 years using Vodafone i come to same assistant manager NATHAN i believe it was not even born yet before i use Vodafone service!!!!!! This all make me speechless .....

I?ve been a customer here since 2018. Today was probably the 4th time I?ve ever come in store for assistance and it?s really always been a great experience. The advisors are friendly, helpful and really know the product well. As my life circumstances have changed over the years, I feel like they have really tried to get me the best offer that works with my situation. Sometimes they can get busy, but this seems to be because they take their time with each customer. A thank you to Apostolis who assisted me today.

As a Vodafone customer, I am appalled at how poorly your service performs in the very heart of Oxford, particularly around the Carfax area (from McDonald's to Christ Church). How is it even possible that in such a central location, making a simple phone call is barely manageable, let alone using the internet or making a video call?
In 2025, having such poor coverage in the centre of one of the world?s most renowned cities is absolutely unacceptable. Your promises of having the "best network in the UK" sound like a mockery. In Europe, you wouldn?t survive; in the overly tolerant UK, it seems you can get away with subpar service, and you?re yet another example of this!

Sales advisor Dan. Rude abrupt and condescending. Spoke over me multiple times. Made snard comments in a sarcastic tone. 100 percent recommend dealing with someone else. If you like being spoken to like the above then Dan's your man

When we came there yesterday to get a contracted phone, they did not help us. I am also complaining about the racist gentleman. I am sorry to say that your employees are behaving very badly.(Even 1 star is too much here)

Visited the team at this location who were very knowledgeable and professional to say the least.
It was a great experience and Apostolis communicated the options clearly. Resolved our issue without fuss, we really appreciated the help!

Some members of staff are outright liers that dismiss the reality. When asked why Vodafone sevice has deteriorated in a past 6 month and shown screenshot as proof, dismissed as fabricated one, although I had confirmation from helpdesk that things are bad at the time of contact. So if you are after new contract or want to switch to Vodafone DO NOT DO THAT.

A massive thank you to Apostolis at the Oxford Vodafone store for your help with getting a new handset and contract sorted. He was also very diligent in helping me return the first phone i chose from the Cardiff store (the FE S23) that in hindsight i wasnt happy with. I may have been in there for almost an hour and a half but he never gave up and battled through some system issues to rectify the situation. Even stayed an extra 10mins past closing time and called me back a few days later to check all was okay and that i was happy! Really great service and what a lovely man he is. Thank you again Apostolis for going above and beyond for me and my Dads business. You are awesome. Highly recommended ????
