Bethanie was super helpful in helping us book our holiday. We booked our first family holiday (with our 4year old) back in 2023 (Gran Canaria) and Bethanie completely got our family requirements and it was a brilliant holiday had by us. We went back to Tui to book our holiday this year and although the staff in our local branch were super helpful and came up with suggestions they didn?t nail it, so we called the Oxford store and spoke with Bethanie and she managed to find us a holiday for to Cyprus that was more aligned with our son being the focus. I am not bad mouthing any other tui branch, they did come up with good suggestions, just happened to be the Oxford store ticked more boxes with what they come up with.

Megan was absolutely wonderful when I popped into store to get some experiences booked in for my holiday to Marrakech. Nothing went amiss, she went through the package in detail as well as the TUI app and the support available. The whole team were super friendly, would definitely book at TUI Oxford again - 5 star service!

Big shout out to Megan in the Tui Oxford office who was quick to address our amendments when our flight was original flight back was cancelled. It was very reassuring and the courtesy call made me feel very important which was a nice personal touch :).
