Some of the boards in the delivery had rotted chunks missing. Initially the communication was great and I was promise replacements would be delivered two days later?.. they never arrived, chased them up and was told they would check with the relevant member of staff. Over a week later still no boards and no further contact

Travis Perkins has been on this site for a LONG time but their address is wrong (they on Ledgers Lane, not Sandy Lane) AND the Google maps pointer is in the wrong place. I was actually looking for Benchmark kitchens which turns out to be a Travis P subsidiary on the same site. Anyway, both have the wrong address and wrong Maps location. After struggling to find them I called back to Benchmark who KNEW that the location was wrong but it seems that the staff are such dopes that they have not fixed it. I have now made a revision so I hope you can find them if you want to. BUT I would not recommend it anyway! TP are super pricy.

I cannot thank Travis Perkins staff enough for the help with acquiring parts. They went way above and beyond what could be expected of them. They not not only sourced products but delivered then personally to me as I have health problems and couldn't make a journey to another branch. Outstanding. And all with such willingness.
