This Toolstation branch is larger compared to other branches, and busy most of the time. The staff are friendly and welcoming, which adds to the positive experience. However, parking is quite limited, so it can get a bit difficult during peak hours.

Although the item I needed wasn't in stock, Customer service advisor Dawn did an amazing job helping me locate it.
It may be her job but she went above and beyond helping me out with patience and determination. Dawn is an absolute credit to the company.
Tool station also offers great deals on literally thousands of lines in comparison to its nearby competitors.
There is ample parking spaces available directly outside the main entrance too.
