Usless. Went in and asked for a radiator key - this should be a simple tool to find, most radiators are the same - they didnt have the normal kind you usually see, so suggested an alternative, but whatever they sold me doesnt attach to any part of a radiator so it's completely usless to me. I now need to take it back and return it, massive waste of my time driving across town for a tool that costs less than a fiver. This is what I get for trying to support local business; search Amazon for 'radiator key' and it's the top result, job done.

We were served today by HUW at Oxford Botley branch.. He was extremely helpful and polite in identifying the items we were looking for. One item was not available in store but Huw located the item at another branch, phoned through to ensure that the item was put aside for us and was able to provide directions to the other store. Great service! Thank you.
