Friendly staff with a relaxed vibe in the waiting area and my appointment was moved to an earlier time when a cancellation was available. Best point that it was just ten minutes walk from Oxford rail station so a convenient location and twelve minutes walk from the main University of Oxford campus. Excellent for haircut and hairstyling naturally wavy hair. I would definitely return back if I visited Oxford for another postgraduate law course at the University of Oxford because I had a really experienced hairdresser in cutting hair in a wide range of styles so I felt very happy with the results. Delighted to hear that Toni and Guy Hair Salon were all interested in buying my first book Parachuting in the name of Charity a psychological thriller and action comedy true story book when Olympia Publishers in London have published it worldwide available on Amazon soon and all the staff of Toni and Guy Oxford are welcome to my future book launch in London and a free glass of Prosecco whilst stocks last! I was really happy with my new haircut, it's only my second visit to the salon and I've been made to feel very welcome, everyone is very friendly and offered me coffee which was very appreciated after a train journey there ??
My hair was cut by Bhwana and she's given me a fantastic cut! She's very friendly and listened to what I wanted which is rare these days!
I will certainly be returning to the Salon

I had really good experience with Kiera who spent time listening to what I wanted for my haircut. She gave me this cute haircut which was what i wished for, no surprise. I also liked the blow dry she gave which made my hair so smooth and bouncy

I arrived a little late, having let people know by phone. Still I was seen very swiftly and efficiently, offered water and coffee while my hair was cut. Overall a very efficient and effective service, my hair always looks good even just before it gets the next cut!

I had a really unfortunate experience at T & G on Monday which left me angry, upset and offering a 1 star review. I am now taking it down and replacing it with 5. This is because my review and concerns were read and acted upon within 24 hours. The problems have been swiftly and graciously rectified and, most importantly, I am assured that lessons have been learned. As always, communication and willingness to accept responsibility go a very long way to restoring trust and goodwill. Thanks Christophe, Laura and the team for all your efforts today in creating me a lovely hair cut and colour.
