I cannot recommend Steve at Timpson in Oxford Covered Market highly enough. As a keen walker, I brought in my trusted hiking boots in a sorry state, desperately needing a HEEL REPLACEMENT ?. I was worried they were done for!
From the start, Steve proved he is a TRUE EXPERT in his field ?. His knowledge was immediately reassuring. He didn't just look at them; he diagnosed them, explaining the process with honest, practical advice and NO UPSELLING ?.
The result? An AMAZING HEEL REPLACEMENT! The craftsmanship is EXCEPTIONAL ?. He didn't just fix them; he restored them to perfection. I've just been for a long walk along the Thames and they felt absolutely BETTER THAN NEW ?. I can now head out without a single worry ? total peace of mind!
The service was QUICK & EFFICIENT ? and the price was VERY REASONABLE ?. Steve is a GENUINE ARTISAN who takes pride in his work, and that is SO RARE to find nowadays.

Appalling service. Damage customer items, then try to weasel out of taking ownership of the problem. Constantly claim someone will contact you and then doesn't. Clearly out of their depth but avoid at all costs until they sort out their staffing problems. The convenience will soon be over shadowed by the service.
