The people here are liars. They said they would offer a very good price for the contract, but when I saw the bill, I realised they had cheated me. When I called them, they said there was nothing they could do. Don't use THREE company if you don't want to be cheated.\\n\\nyou said below: Hi, we're sorry for the miscommunication and will share your feedback with our team at Oxford II. We'd like to get this looked into as soon as possible. Can you please get in touch so we can help you?\\n\\nStop lying OK? I contact your company so many times, and no one cares, the worst company in the world.

If anyone considering to use/buy Three's services, avoid them. The staff is kind of helpful, but they won't help you to cancel a new contract due to their service doesn't work at the place where you live. They offered me to cancel it if i pay £180 (the rest of the payments)! Avoid Three!!

This place is the WORST COMPANY EVER. If you don?t want to get scammed then DON?T ever join this company. You will regret it.\\nThe manager is extremely rude and deceitful. The service is horrible there. They don?t just trick you.\\n\\nThey focus more on making a profit than on the welfare of the customer.\\n\\nThe prices are too expensive.\\nThe Three company hung up on me when I was trying to call them.

The store is fantastic, very helpful and brilliant staff and i cant praise them enough over the years\\n\\nI can only leave a review for Three Mobile as a company this way though, trying to talk to customer service is impossible by phone and its just a robot, taken over an hour and i've been hung up on twice after being on hold (not even getting to speak to anyone)\\n\\nIts very frustrating and if i could do these things (fix my wifi billing) in store i would as they are far superior vs three mobiles customer service

mobile phone company I ever work with. I am fuming at the moment about weak and slow signal Three have. Seriously if you move 1 meter you lost your signal. They are saying that if you are in the house is possible not to have a strong signal. I have none. But the worst part about this company is that even in the city center of Oxford my signal keep drops. To be in the house 24 hours with no signal in those times I thing is the worst thing this company can do. Cheers Three for charging me 29 pounds a month for absolutely nothing.BTW to post this I have to go outside in the open field. Very professional

A company that is not reliable. I have had internet at home for a year and I cannot use it and too slow for a simple file I have to wait 20 minutes to download. I called a couple of times to say my problem is after more than an hour of waiting to talk to someone nothing is solved. I wanted to cancel the contract and they asked me for 180 £ in arrears. but I who pay and can not have anything of what they promised me? How does it stay? SHAME, SHAME, SHAME

Been here before to get a phone contract - just an easy upgrade yet ends up being two people doing it because the guy seemed so occupied in his head he couldn't concentrate on the task in hand. The second guy was much better but had to take over as the first guy didn't want to do it anymore and asked him to do it instead.

Given a lot of incorrect information whilst taking out a new contract - spoke to three later on the phone and informed I could have have saved a lot of time and money. Really awful service in store, no grace period in taking out a contract in store either so have to live with what was given to me. I'd absolutely avoid this store and go online for anything or do it over the phone.

Austin is the man! If you need anything or have any questions he is the guy. He was so helpful on 3 occasions with 3 different family members. He definitely knows what he's talking about. Very very helpful!
