This is the best gift shop in Oxford, their customer service is amazing. They have a wide variety of products in their store. Best prices compared to other shops. I would recommend this shop for collecting some wonderful souvenirs for your loved ones. Once again thanks for your amazing customer service.

This is the best gift shop in whole of Oxford. A large variety of merchandise and friendly and helpful shop keeper. They seem to carry more variety of merchandise than the other shops.

This gift-shop is a real rip-off. They sold us stamps for £ 3,60 per stamp instead of £ 1,85 (We were stupid enough to buy 5 stamps). We were a little bit sceptic because of the high price but they assured that this is the price at the moment. Of course you don't receive a bill for this.

Iâ??m French and I asked how much was a postcard. We answer me itâ??s 60 pence. Great ! I took two postcards and I have been to the cashdesk and I payed £2... Why ? I donâ??t know. Surely for business unfortunately... â?â??? I didnâ??t say anything because Itâ??s not a lot of money lost. So be careful or donâ??t go to this shop, Itâ??s better...

Bad customer service. I bought a ball for my son and the staff gave me a GBP10 that is no longer in circulation as my change. I didn't realize it was an old currency until I tried to use it to pay for something in a different shop. The staff took advantage of my ignorance. Integrity is key in customer service...
