The man with glasses who is I believe a pharmacist was extremely rude. I went in and their staff had their hoover on, when they misunderstood me he tried to tel me that next time I should speak more clearly. He was such a rude man and I will make this complaint formally to the main manager. The worst pharmacy

After having been let down and kept waiting by Boots once too often I tried The Let's - how happy I am to have done so. Friendly, helpful and efficient. Sorted me out in 5 mins where Boots failed in 3 days. Will be back.

Been up there today to pick up an emergency prescription but it was closed, says on their website is open until 2pm. Found a tatty old message on door saying they are not open now on the weekend. Can you please update your website it was a wasted journey and time wasted.

First time here today but will now be my regular. Answered their phone promptly, then brought my prescription that was labelled and ready in less than 10 minutes! Thank you for such excellent and friendly service even when you were busy.

Was desperate to get a prescription for a horrible sinus infection and my local pharmacy didn't have the medication. The Leys pharmacist walked me through getting the prescription transferred to them, as they were able to fulfil it, and it was ready - all in less than 15 minutes. I am so, so grateful for their kind and efficient help!

Didn't even have a packet of plasters available. Embarrassing for staff, to have to admit, not even able to provide, THE MOST BASIC, item , a chemist, should provide.Useless
