I recently visited your store and was very disappointed with the service I received at the checkout. The cashier, a shorter man with a beard, was extremely rude and spoke to me in a disrespectful manner. His tone and attitude made the whole experience unpleasant. I expect a higher standard of customer service and hope that management addresses this issue so other customers do not have a similar experience.

Employee accused us of stealing 80p worth of candy when we had payed. Aggressively called us over when we were outside the store waiting for a friend and when we proved we had payed he accused of us of trying to ?provoke him.? Trying to intimidate two kids and being aggressive for no reason at all?

I come in most mornings before work and most of the staff are lovely and couldn't be more helpful. The bakery is always well stocked and looking fresh and tasty.

This is a very good Tesco and is my local shop, the staff are friendly and the prices are mostly great. I love seeing the prices go down when you scan your club card. My only issue with this shop is only a few times there?s no one on the till and you have to wait a few minutes for them to check your id but this rarely happens. All and all I would recommend this shop for your everyday grocery?s.

I generally like most Tesco stores, but unfortunately not this one, due to issues with one staff member. There have been several unpleasant interactions with him, and after the last incident, I?ve decided to completely avoid that location, even refusing to pick up parcels from their Evri point.

A good Tesco Express with a wide range of selection. It is always clean and staffed.

They are not very nice, the best thing comes when you have to return a package from Evri, something always goes wrong, either the machine doesn't work or they don't have proof that you have delivered a package. It's a waste of time to go there.

Standard store, items were restocked and looked clean.However, I was waiting at the checkout and one of the staff working was on his phone watching videos, looked at me and ignored me to go on back his phone?! After his video, he served me and scanned my items and chucked them back at me.Truly terrible service. Tesco needs better recruitment.
