Disappointing experience. I went to drop off my Evri parcels and was told they couldn?t accept them because ?the parcel bag is full.? This feels like an unfounded excuse and leaves customers without a reliable drop?off option.

I am going in this tesco from last 4 years and always being treated very nicely. Today had the worst experience and will never go back the manager Grantely was so rude and unprofessional. I wanted to buy the sim and asked him how can i use it he said i am a seller cant tell you how to use it. When i asked at least you should know a bit how to use so u should help me and then said u need to call one number and there are instructions you wanna buy now or no? And i buy and try to put the sim in my phone but it didn?t work and when i asked him he said i will cancel the voucher and refund you he didn?t even try to help me that which number i need to call. So rude never had this experience. Worst customer service this guy has. Not good for the business he must be doing alot of refunds in a day and not helping others.

Very rude staff , cleaning the coffee machine in a busy time when needed as well busy at the till she didn't care at all! Adding a comment, i can clean it whenever i want! ? Cleaning products and trolley in a way to the till.. amazing!

No milk or sugar on shelf. Had to go into stockroom to find an assistant to help me. Both items available but not unloaded from cages. No one on till, had to chase an assistant out of the stockroom again! He didn't know how to take a return parcel so had to get someone else! Shop nearly as bad as Donnington CoOp

Useful as quite close to my house if I need to buy something quickly last minute. Obviously prices are higher. What?s very annoying it?s this is marked as evri collection point but often machine is out of order. Very disappointing every time

Took a couple of small parcels in to send off, refused to accept them on grounds full up and told to come back next day. Same thing happened despite ample space clearly visible. Stands in marked contrast to friendly local sub-post office. But then they have excellent customer service, an idea evidently lost on this Tesco store.
