I am writing to express my disappointment with the delivery service recently provided by the Tesco Store on Cowley Road. On [2 march 2024], and was promised that my item would be delivered immediately to my residence.Unfortunately, the delivery arrived much later than the agreed time, causing inconvenience and frustration. As a loyal Tesco customer, I expect timely and efficient service, which was clearly lacking in this case.Being late not only disrupts my schedule, but also affects my plans for the day. Additionally, it reflects poorly on Tesco's commitment to customer satisfaction and reliability.I understand that delays can sometimes occur due to unforeseen circumstances, but I urge Tesco to take steps to prevent incidents like this in the future. Timely and reliable delivery services are critical to maintaining customer trust and loyalty.I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and provide assurance that steps will be taken to improve delivery services in the future. Additionally, I request compensation or good measure for the inconvenience caused.Thank you for your attention to this issue. I look forward to a quick response and resolution.

Tesco on Cowley Road has the most wonderful employees, especially Lamzini. Thank you so much for an excellent customer service.

Certain members are staff personally dislike certain customers and make them aware which is rather unprofessional. They consistently follow me around the shop due to my appearance and when I told this particular staff member today that there were people doing drugs in the actual shop he said he can't do anything about it. If it had been someone who looked like me he would have asked them to leave the store. Weird.

I'm quite disappointed to find out this specific tesco doesn't have customer toilets. Being pregnant it's not easy to walk around looking for a loo that tesco manager pointed out. I did not find it.

Great food store. I usually find all my supplies here. The self service saves a lot of time and is convenient. Using the club card saves me a few cents each time I buy from them.

Good selection, however, the prices are insane compared to other tescos. Skyr is £2.10 here whereas a 10 minute drive to Tesco superstore gets you Skyr for £1.80. Not cool.

Whilst this Tesco has a much wider range than the one in central Oxford, there is no phone signal and no WiFi meaning it?s impossible to use the Tesco app to apply vouchers to your shop - weird oversight from Tesco to go paper free but to not install the required infrastructure. Staff member tried to help by suggesting to go outside load up the app contents and come back but it was like trying to run the gauntlet to get to the exit.

In the evenings only one till* in the entire store is open if you want to pay with cash. All the others will only accept a card payment. WHY IS THAT?????*And to make matters worse that till is usually manned by a female member of staff who is soooooo slow and laid back there is ALWAYS a lengthy queue in front of it!
