Impressed by the size and selection of everything, very diverse choice. I asked for help one of the staff members, he was nice, and walked through the whole shop with me couple of times to check what I needed. No signal which feels a bit odd, but as I understand it?s the Oxford problem, not this Tesco?s ?

This is one of the most uncomfortable shops I?ve ever had to use. I come here out of necessity, but every visit feels heavy. There?s a man who works here who is friends with my neighbours ? people who have assaulted me and steal my parcels? and after a long period of acting overly friendly, my neighbours have spoken to him and he?s now clearly hostile. It feels targeted and personal, and it adds to an already very unsafe experience.
I now get anxious just walking into the store. On top of that, there?s an odd, judgmental atmosphere ? especially when buying bacon and pork, feels like you?re being silently shamed. I don?t expect smiles, just basic respect, and this shop consistently fails to offer that.

Annoying music playing all the times. Disturbing and pissing me off. Especially if you go with kids and you try to focus on the shopping. Also no cash payment on self service plus lack of space to pack the goods after shopping.

For an express Tesco it is huge so there is everything
The bad thing is that because it is express it is more expensive but hey it has good hours at least
Another point is that the self-checkout is very small, so let's play Jenga to fit everything in.

It's a good Tesco overall but the self checkout scales are so tiny, they make the checkout experience miserable. You need to play Tetris with your groceries. It's like they don't want you buying too much!

Twice in a row I've been overcharged in this store, £3.30 last time but already left the store so couldn't get my money back. £3.50 this time but got my money back! People be careful because they are very reluctant to give out receipts in this store.. you have to ask for one. I'd also like to add that a few months ago I'd put my groceries through the checkout & the cashier asked had I purchased alcohol & I said no, I asked him why & he said for some reason alcohol has been added to peoples groceries when they hadn't purchased any! It seems to me they have a glitch with their software but haven't resolved it! I've just written a letter of complaint (Email) to the ombudsman because if this keeps happening to me then it must be happening to others.. zero stars from me ?

Stupidest self service design, absolutely tiny bag weighing sections for such a large shop and if you use your own bag, it plays up every other item. Always only one person on the manned tils so that's not an option for a fast checkout.
