I've been to this Starbucks a few times and I'm very happy with it. The service is great and the atmosphere is nice. No complaints whatsoever.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair ramp.

Hard to find a table that wasn't cluttered with dirty cups etc. Staff pleasant enough, food looked less than fresh.

Always good, staff are great. A lot of the other reviewers seem to want to be waited on hand a and foot. It's a coffee shop, that serves consistently good coffee quickly and with a smile.

I had a very poor experience- Louise was sarcastic and mocking when I asked about one of the drinks and what it contains. When I picked up the drink, she massively overspilled it so that it was running over the sides of the cup. She didn't bother to clean it up and I was stood at the counter mopping up the mess she made. Very poor customer service overall and the drink tasted quite bad.

Overall it?s great don?t usually have an issue but I ordered via Deliveroo yesterday but needed to speak to someone at Starbucks regarding my order. 8 calls later not a single pick up.

I come in here pretty often and always happy with whichever member of staff is on shift that day. Unsure of their names but I came in on Monday 29th Apr and was served by a lovely young man and blonde girl. I watched him handle a rude customer with more grace than I would have been able to muster and was still served quickly despite the tense situation.Always happy to come here!

Very nice decor, food is typical Starbucks. WiFi very good also.Two constructive points:- I don?t like Taylor swift?s music when on for 2 hours.. I never thought I?d say this, but I preferred when they played Ed Sheeran.. and that?s saying something- I did see an elderly couple order, sit down and then be told to come up and collect their ?to have in? purchased items from the collection point. Would be nice if you had brought it to their table. There was no queue and it takes more effort for elderly people to stand up.
