Bad shop, bad treat, everything bad in this shop

I was very disappointed to learn that prams are not allowed in your store. Today, my wife was turned away and told that prams are not permitted, with no assistance or alternative offered.
Refusing access to customers with prams, especially without support or clear signage, raises serious concerns about accessibility and inclusivity. This policy may also be at odds with the Equality Act 2010, depending on how it is applied.
I would appreciate clarification on this policy and how Sports Direct intends to accommodate parents and carers.

They try to close the door early, they keep trying to keep people out in a rude way, asked some question to stuff they where from india and they did not even tried to help, in fact 2 young woman and a an indian man that was working by the door trying to keep people out 15 min before store close time, just ridiculous

Edit : second time I've turned up half an hour before closing time and they have someone with the door half closed making you feel they've closed. SECOND TIME THIS HAD HAPPENED

Rude aggressive staff. Always seem to close early. Treat customers like thieves and don't want people to shop there. Much friendlier service on Decathlon next door!

Seems to close doors early every day so if you turn up 15 mins before closing time you will be turned away.

Terrible service, waiting for ages to get an assistant to find some infant trainers and then get to til to pay and get over charged , price on box £24.99 nock down to £20 got charged £28.99 , won't be returning to this shop and can you please remove the one star rating as they don't deserve any .

Terrible, avoid at all costs. They loose your items and then refuse to issue a refund!Customer service is all online, no number to call. Sports direct are thieves!! No refund. They literally washed their hands of the problem.

Terrible place. Been waiting for assistance to get a pair of shoes for over 30 minutes. And it wasn't busy. There was only my waiting, the lady just disappeared. Second time they have lost my parcel. And the manager said that is not his problem and I have to contact customer service which is also rubbish btw. Go to decathlon if you need something.

Went in to find a boot, the guy knew nothing about the boots at all and was clueless altogether. Also took ages for anyone to come and serve even though there were barely any other shoppers. Shopping online from now on and not from sports direct because they overcharge for everything.

Was told I could make a purchase and have a refund within 28 days
When I tried to refund they said they only offer credit notes
Decathlon next door has higher quality items so the credit note tying me into their shop is painful
Anyone reading this go next door to Decathlon!

I went to get my bicycle gears repaired and the bike service area was closed, Marcus accepted to take my bicycle and details and call once this was done Monday or Tuesday, I got a text saying my bicycle was ready this afternoon, MARCUS was there to explain all the details,service with a smile all round , Thank you Mate
