Hi oxford, I visited today snappy snaps oxford city centre, Before going there I go through their Reviews, Mostly bad reviews, But they had a big change that i experienced today. The staffs are Excellent *****(5stars).Mostly "Aneta" she is very helpful kind, and supportive.Thanks ?

Really impressed with the service today. I put in an old film to be developed and when staff discovered it was blank, they gave me a voucher for the processing amount.

My usual go to for film developing. I will return, but very reluctantly.The MANAGER of the store was in quite a bad mood and allowed this to get in the way of the usual (avg.) levels of customer service. Anet is THE MOST lovely and pleasant employee they have in store. I don?t expect everybody to smile all the time, but she does a good job at making me smile and has always been attentive and patient in helping me. She deserves a raise and the manager a demotion/the boot.He broke the top pice off of my film camera and then proceeded to have the audacity to:1. Not apologise2. Increase aggression towards meI get he was embarrassed by his mistake, but to abruptly shout at me ?this is why we don?t touch customer cameras?, rather than a basic ?sorry? (which would have saved them this review).. I was a bit gobsmacked.I hope my future experiences with the company are not quite as poor. Everybody has their bad days, but they should not project their issues onto customers.If you take a look at all the reviews which have (seemingly viable) complaints, they do nothing in the way of reparation or apology. They just point the finger back. Pathetic company.Yes - people write reviews for things, congratulations for looking at other reviews and trying to withdraw from your lack of professionalism. Just say sorry and get on with your job?

Great place; friendly and accommodating staff who know their stuff and went the extra mile for me, even keeping my video and dvd transfer in the safe until I could make it back to collect.Highly reccomended.

I would like to take this opportunity to leave max star rating after my todays visit. I needed a photo for my visa and I couldn?t do it in Didcot because of the specific requirements needed and Snappy Snaps has been referred to me by the lady at Timpson shop. My digital photo which has been sent to my email I wasn?t really happy that I could see a mark on my neck so the lady who originally taken a picture offered to make a new one at no additional cost. Very kind,helpful and professional staff at this branch. Highly recommended, keep up amazing job! I will definitely return as I have some pics to print out for my photo frames

Don't let Snappy Snaps snap up your cash!Wanted to print one photo off my phone as a gift for a relative. The options according to the website:6x4" PRINTS:1 print £5.00 , 2 prints £2.50 each, 3 prints £1.50each, 5 prints £1.00 each, 10 prints 75p each, 30 prints 50p each,100 prints 25p each, 300+- 20p eachYOU CAN GET TEN 6x4s for £7.50Wish I'd known this in advance because I wound up paying the princely sum of five pounds for a single solitary photo.Otherwise, the lady in the shop was friendly and attentive and the service was super quick.But it's only worth getting photos printed here if you want at least ten.EDITOn the same day went to Boots to try their self-service photo-printing machines. Got the same picture for 55p.Is the picture quality better from Snappy Snaps? YesIs it five-times-the-price better? No.Do you need 300+ photos to promote your business? Snappy Snaps might be for you.Do you want to print off a selfie of you and your sweetheart canoodling at Durdle Door? Just go to Boots.

Had an online passport photo to submit and could not get it through the automatic verification process. The staff went above and beyond normal service to help. Eventually with some quick restyling of the my hair, many adjustments and resubmissions and they got it through. Thanks a million for your efforts!
