i went to this branch once, customer service was perfect no complaints about that and is something the staff should be praised on, however! the person who decides what hours the branch is open needs to use the competent part of their brain and try to think what hours the average human being works (not 9:30-15:00), as someone who was given a positive review about the bank/chain, i am completely unable to access it due to the limited openings hours.

Exceptional service from the Headington Team. Raj is very professional and ensures all of our needs are met. Raj ensured a smooth transfer of our ISA's and other Coventry accounts to Skipton with no problems at all. Highly Recommend !.

I have been a customer for many years and have had many dealings with Raj who I have always found to be extremely helpful , cheerful and professional . More recently I have had dealings with both Manisha and Luke and feel that as a team they treat me as a valued customer .What more can one ask . In my opinion as a team they offer exceptional customer service .

Phoned yesterday to ask about junior ISAs. Long queue so was offered a call back when I reached the front of the queue. 24hrs later (that?s a big queue!) I?ve heard nothing. Just tried again and this time selected Head Office...same deal. Can?t comment on their products but their customer service is awful...
