It used to be a perfect place for the local people to fill up their cars with fuel and shop at the little Waitrose even late hours but now it closes its doors early evening. What a shame and waste of resources. But I am sure their bosses still make a lot of money so who cares for doing nothing

Always using the leafblower and disturbing residents. It's so loud and unnecessary, blowing leaves around rather than just picking them up and putting them in a bag.

I went to grab some bits instead of parking at Waitrose , noticed changes to fresh pastries, normal garage pastries no longer Waitrose pastries , I brought a loaf without looking at date . When I got home and realised it wasn?t that fresh I saw it expired today, noticed Costa coffee and bog standard heated pasties . Can still buy Waitrose meals etc but I would check use by dates.

I really don?t like the kerbs that jut out because they can damage your alloys. So unnecessary. Won?t be using again.

It seems that the female staff at this petrol station are just rude and entitled. The older lady who was serving us this evening was too distracted with chatting with her younger trainee and provided poor inattentive service.
This is the second time I have received poor service at this station and whilst it's reasonable to question why I return : it is because I work locally..

Always closing 9:30 never 10 that they advertise
They sit inside and tell you pamp is closed from 9:30
Absolutely ridiculous
Don?t advertise 10 if you close 9:30

Jayaram has horrible customer service it literally ruins your day just by seeing how he looks like a Karen and treats like one too.

Abysmal service ?It?s a pity as they are in a good location but the staff especially the elderly gray haired lady so dismissive and rude. Quite disappointing really.
