Served by Osma in the temporary Work Café at Oxford Brookes Piazza. He was wearing a zipper hoody, however, which I wasn't sure was part of the banks dress code? ??
It was very kind of the manager to let me stay and work after 3 pm to use the work café. :)

Awful new lay out pop up reception desk asking you what you want and sit down till your called one person behind counter why not use the person one reception to help one counter the queue would go down quicker management disaster here don't fix what's not broken ?

If you're an international student don't open your account at Santander unless you have all the time and pacience in the world.Debit card was supposed to arrive in 5 working days and it took more than 2 weeks to arrive and by then I've already canceled it to receive a new one.. since other letters arrived before. Also can't access online banking.While on Lloyds I opened my account on the same day I applied and got my online banking access that same day.. just waiting for the card now...

Doesn't have an external cash machine for depositing cheques.Only open at times I can't make it. Should be open longer hours on weekends
