Had an experience with a lady today who was uttly confronting for no reason I went into the store as I do everyday because I work in westagte I?m friendly with everyone there and never had an issue until today I got my usual redbull and headed towards the till before I even got to the self checkout to scan my drink this older lady with white hair and sunflower lanyard stopped me and said we will need id for that now I get that I look younger than I am so understandable but at least let me scan before confronting me I had my id but that fact I couldn?t even try to purchase before getting stopped I was put off so I mentioned it to another colleague and went elsewhere to purchase which was better as I was treated with respect very poor service!

Every time I?ve gone to this Sainsbury?s I have been frustrated with the absolutely poor customer service.
Employees are constantly in conversation (even going around in pairs) with each other and neglect helping anyone. I have struggled with items in my hands and dropped them in front of an employee who did not offer to help me pick it up or tell me where the baskets are. I?ve seen this happen to other customers. They don?t help customers who seem confused or overwhelmed. They never take any initiative or seem to care about anything other than their conversations. The employees lazy and useless.
I would not recommend this shop if you are going to need any assistance or if you don?t want to annoyed by lazy people.

Had everything I needed at the time. It's a bit tucked away behind a bigger store, so don't give up looking for it. Good store and busy. No hassle though.
