I visited the printing services at Ryman's today and would like to say a huge thank you to Navreet (apologies if I've spelt her name wrong!). She was so patient with us and helped to make sure that we were happy with the product we were printing. A real credit to the Oxford store! I've also printed some A1 posters there recently and was delighted with the quality too. Would 100% use their services again and would recommend!

This place should go out of business: a total rip-off and unfriendly service. When we saw our bill we thought about calling the police on these guys. Quite astonishing that such businesses survive!

Charged £38 for printing just a few pages in black and white?without even being able to print double-sided, as they claimed. Never experienced such a rip-off. Avoid at all costs!

Went into the shop today with my mum she wanted to purchase a suitcase found an absolute bargain so good. Then to add to the pleasure of our shopping experience the sales man Chris offered to store it until we were ready to go home and on top of that he pack mums other shopping into the case for her.

Avoid Ryman at all cost, absolutely outrageous pricing. Charged £6 for just 10 black and white copies?complete rip-off. It?s extortionate for such a basic service. Will never use again. So many other places in Oxford charge 25p per copy.

Mediocre service. Most workers are either too stressed, too busy, or unwilling to help customers. Christopher, however, does a good job.

Came to do my printing today 20 mins to 7pm I met a young Rayman staff with glasses and I think blond hair and his colleague male with long hair. The younger lad with glasses was clearly flirting with a customer taking his time to print her documents I gave them time asked me 10 mins in if I needed help I said I sent documents to be printed. He expressed he may not manage as he is printing the ladies items. They left with the customer and went upstairs. His collegue with longer hair then said sorry it?s 7pm we can?t help. I requested for my documents to be deleted , he said the company delete them at midnight. It costs 0.00 to be kind and it cost 0.00 to be more helpful at your work you don?t loose anything. I hope Ryman gets staff that are actually eager to serve customers. Even banks or supermarkets don?t throw staff in who were already in. I silently stood there as he flirted with a customer.

I have been to many places to print, but never ever paid nearly £3 per page in my life. I know the security measures cost some money, but has to be reasonable charge to the customer. I didn't know the charges until they printed and told me, I was expecting less than £1 for one B/W page single sided. Find elsewhere to print or buy your own printer, the library is just 10 steps away and charges 10 times less but was closed when I needed to print.
