Horrible service. One of the lady staffs is very rude and wouldn?t let me in the pharmacy when I went at 1725, and I had to miss my dose. I also work in healthcare, I would never do that to patients.

Promised drugs to be in today reassurance given several times.No drugs available when tried to pick upThis is not the first occurrenceExcuse after excuse given- gp fault - delivery not in - on orderBUTBottom line why say they?ll have/ or have if they don?t know!!!!They were ask have you got before Christmas, you definitely got it haven?t you ?Answered yes !!! Hence review !!!!Had to source elsewhere

Got to the pharmacy at 5:28pm, was told they were closed, went back to the car only to see they let somebody else in, when I questioned them about it I was told it was none of my business. Very bad manners and unfair in dealing with customers

No improvement since last review by another customer - they don?t pick up the phone. Being busy is not an excuse, hire more people if the pharmacy is so popular that no one has a minute to answer the phone.

Really dire pharmacy. They rarely answer the phone or text when a prescription is ready.Queues are so long and the service is sub standard. Not a pleasant experience.

Supper slow motion type of service gp next to it is open but they are closed not doing good 5 people in the back but you have to wait long time for a midicen

Some staff made you feellike they are doing you a favour when in fact I am paying for the prescription. It takes ages for them to give you your medicines and a few occasion you have to come back for the rest. I came back and still not available. Sorry but Im happy with boots now just a few blocks away. Glad i transferred.
