every week for 2 years i have to wait for hours as people go in and out and they ignore me and gossip about patients. they are rude and if more than 3 people turn up at once they close. if you complain your wait time goes up. avoid this place if you are ill or cant stand the cold (or stand) for 30-50 mins waiting for a staff member to ask who you are then who then forgets, then start again from scratch. every.single.time.....i collapsed waiting for them once and they told me to move myself into the corner by the bins so i didnt scare people.
