I just arrived to River Island 9:37 and is closed . When I checked yesterday at Google it shows open at 9 am . I am very disappointed because I could do another thing instead to be here waiting

Staff were so welcoming, I came for some specific shorts which unfortunately they didn?t have but a nice gentleman by the name of Lucio helped me and found them on the website. Very pleased with the customer service will definitely be coming back!

Dont buy clothes from them . They canceled my order, didnt tell me why and they didnt give me money back instead i got voucher ( and I can spend that money only in their shop ofcourse) !!!!!

Top floor till closed despite staff stood at it chatting away. Why is this always the case? Menswear changing rooms were a mess - clothes everywhere, on the floor, and hung up. Nowhere to hang the clothes I wanted to try on and no chair/stool to sit at. Also, absolutely too hot in there to enjoy shopping comfortably.

They are amazing people and very amiable. The store manager was present, keeping an eye on things, and helped me find the right size quickly.I love the quality of the products as well, by the way, excellent products on sale.Good job, guys! I enjoyed my customer experience today.

Waited in queue for ages, and eventually two colleagues came in, a male with curly hair and a female, no urgency at all?, no apologies for being late, no smiling, been to a lot of other river islands with better customer services ! This is why some stores lose profits as customers would just go elsewhere !
