Great service. My phone's screen was completely shattered both the glass and LCD screen. Phone was repaired within 45 minutes for a reasonable price. Would recommend for those in the central Oxford area

DO NOT GO HERE. HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE - KILLED MY MACBOOK PRO.I took my MacBook Pro 2020, that was not turning on. They repaired it saying it was a motherboard issue and charged me 150pounds.It crashed again the next day and I took it back, they fixed again under their guarantee. This happened FOUR TIMES in a month.After the fourth time the computer was left with a notorious glitch on the screen. I took it back a fifth time and asked for a refund and they said no because "the glitching is not the same issue I took it to them the first time".The manager at the St. Aldates store was rude and yelled at me.Horrible experience and horrible costumer service
