It is not about hotel but the Motorway Services with this hotel. Easy to reach but Difficult to get out as a bit of cofusion with adjacent roundabouts..? loved the facilities and cleanliness ? cute and clean services

Definitely one of the worst hotel experiences!!
The room was rubbish, boiling hot room with no ac and only a cheap fan. TV didn't work, bed was awful and pillows were too high. Shower was not powerful. Tacky chair to sit on whilst we were getting ready. Will definitely not be staying here again. I do not recommend

Decent enough. Plenty of parking for caravans and motorhomes. Even dog friendly inside and on the deck by the pond.

Light went out the morning of check out.The hotel doesn't seem to have a backup generator.However my room was great,customer service was great and the location of the hotel was great.
