Shop is quite nice and well organised. Quick checkout which are useful. But a bit disappointed by the selection of products. Not much from special collections or collabs which is a bit disappointing. Other than that it?s not so bad though it?s a bit small for a Primark.

Refused Refund or Exchange, Rude Service, and Ignored Consumer Rights
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my recent experience at this store.
I came in to return some items and made it clear to the cashier that I wanted a refund only, not an exchange. I was buying other items but wanted these purchases to be separate to avoid any issues if I needed to return them later. The cashier insisted on processing it as an exchange, completely ignoring my request.
I purchased a reusable bag, and all items, including my only receipt, were placed inside. I signed the exchange receipt, which the cashier kept, and left the store.
When I returned later to exchange one of the new items (unused, tags and packaging intact), the cashier questioned me repeatedly and then claimed the receipt showed a size L shirt, not the XL I was returning. This made no sense, as I had previously returned the size L and bought the XL to replace it. If the receipt still shows L, it means the cashier made an error during the initial exchange?scanning the L to return and then scanning L again to repurchase instead of the XL. That mistake is not mine to fix.
To make matters worse, they told me I needed the ?previous exchange receipt,? which I was never given. The receipt I have is the one they placed in my bag during the last visit. I explained this and even offered to provide my bank statement, purchase time, and date so they could locate the receipt in their system, something I know is entirely possible, having previously worked at this exact store for three years.
The manager was extremely rude not only with her tone but with what she said, refused to check their system or CCTV, and told me that unless I ?found the receipt they never gave me,? nothing could be done. This is a direct violation of consumer rights. At minimum, I should have been offered an exchange with proof of purchase, which I was able to provide. This is something I have personally witnessed having worked there, so I know that it is possible.
This experience has left me feeling disrespected, dismissed, and deeply disappointed. I know how this store is capable of handling returns properly, because I have done it myself as an employee, and the complete refusal to follow basic policy or UK consumer law is unacceptable.

I recently visited the Oxford Primark and had a great experience, especially thanks to a staff member named Mario. He was incredibly helpful, humble, and attentive throughout. It?s rare to come across such genuinely kind and supportive customer service. Mario made my visit much easier and more pleasant. Big thanks to him and the team!

Extremely Rude Staff!
Two young female staff members at the fitting rooms wouldn?t let me go into the fitting room with my mother who uses a walking stick, or with my sister who can be anxious about coming out of the room while trying out the clothes. They neither showed me the rule stating that only one customer was allowed per fitting room, nor explained why we couldn?t do so. They were shockingly rude in their manner and tones.
We got so disgusted by this behaviour that we left without buying everything that we needed! We?ll be taking our custom elsewhere!
A little sensitivity training wouldn?t go amiss!!

If you're a crossdresser looking for stylish, affordable clothing in a welcoming atmosphere, Primark in Oxford is definitely worth a visit. The store is large, well-organized, and packed with a wide selection of fashion that caters to all tastes ? from casual and comfy to bold and playful.
One of the highlights for me is their range of tights. Whether you're after sheer, opaque, patterned, or glossy styles, there's always something new and exciting on the shelves. The quality is surprisingly good for the price ? durable, comfortable, and flattering on the legs. I?ve found some absolute gems that cost just a few pounds but feel and look like much more expensive brands.
Beyond tights, the lingerie section is full of affordable delights, and the women's clothing range includes everything from cute skirts and dresses to stylish tops ? perfect for experimenting with different looks. Sizes are generally inclusive, and I've never felt out of place browsing or trying things on.

This store is similar to other primarks, except it doesn?t have the variety of clothing and accessories that other Primarks offer. I went in looking for a scarf and hat because it was extremely cold, and they had a very little variety of hats and scarfs.. one tiny shelf which was disappointing. Going to the Reading store the next day, there was shelves and shelves of clothes! I?d recommend going elsewhere if you want to find items
