Stayed for one night at the weekend. Staff very courteous and efficient. Room and bathroom clean and had everything we needed. Very good shower and bed very compfy. Exceptionally quiet for a city based hotel. Great breakfast just the orange juice was a little watery. Excellent location for shopping, city and university. Good value for money and would certainly stay here again.

I?m back at the premier in after such a lovely stay last year. I arrived at the premier inn as was so warmly grated by Julie who got me settled in as was so kind. The highlight of my stay was the breakfast service. Food was amazing, place was super clean and tidy. Food was piping hot and absolutely Devine. I highly recommend this location and their fabulous staff and breakfast

Superb Premier Inn, quiet, clean, comfortable and exceptionally helpful staff, nothing is too much trouble. Decent restaurant for a pub grub meal and cooked breakfast. Tea / coffee in room as expected. Spacious rooms, air con- really really quiet, overslept infact!About 10 mins walk from the station, buses stop outside the hotel / Westgate Centre.Check in before 3pm costs an extra £10, but you can likely wait in their lounge if early.Very hard to fault for reliable accommodation.Rooms: Spacious room, comfortable bed, quiet.Nearby activities: It's near the centre and many of the attractions, everything is 10 mins walk perhaps?Safety: Very safe and secure hotel, 24 hour reception.Walkability: Central location.

HARD AS A ROCK sofa bed. If you have the needs for a second bed DO NOT Book this hotel!! The sofa bed feels like a rock! Now I am stuck here for two nights as my roommate (for this trip) is older and took the larger bed- which is not a sofa bed. Terrible night sleep- NOT WORTH THE MONEY- AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

We booked a room for 3 a month ago. We also phoned and asked to add another person to be 4 thinking a family room was available? they said our request was noted.To our great surprise on arrival, not only did we discover that it was impossible to be 4 in the room due to policy and that nothing was prepared for the third bed...We had to book another room in another hotel. We found that the management team was not very capable. The other staff in the hotel were very pleasant.The Car Park mentioned is £39 per day? which is to be considered when booking a room?

I used it for sightseeing at Oxford University.You can walk to Oxford University. The location was good as there is a shopping center nearby.It's a good value for money hotel.

In the heart of Oxford. Lovely helpful staff. Arrived early so able to leave our luggage.The restaurant and bar was closed so we ate elsewhere.

Had a brilliant stay here for the week while working in the area, booked the premier plus room and was happy with what I got. Room was a little small and lacked natural light due to windows being quite small.TV turned itself on randomly twice in the night but nothing to moan about.Breakfast was OK, all week the eggs were like rubber bar Friday which all the food was amazing (I complimented the female cook on this). Staff very friendly! Special mention to Julie who went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional and added that personal touchWill be back again same time next year aswell as throughout the year when work permitsRooms: Luxury rooms in premier plus although not the most spaciousNearby activities: Lots of retail shopping across the road
