My Family of 4 tried to dine at Pizza Express Oxford at 5pm on Saturday 1st March. Despite the restaurant only being less than half full, with plenty of spare tables available, we were told that we could not be accommodated for up to an hour and a half, as they didn't have enough staff on duty! Unbelievable, shouldn't be in business!

If you don't want to get angry, don't go. My wife and I had a terrible experience. The staff are rude and inattentive. Just because I raised my hand to ask for my bill, a staff member wanted to correct me and lecture me, saying that this is not acceptable in the UK. I will never go back.

We were a large school group so complicated for the kitchen staff. Nevertheless, we all enjoyed a lovely time with complimentary drinks for the students and highly attentive staff who were patient and generous.

The food was great and so were the drinks but apart from the person who greeted us (we think it was the manager), the staff just treated us a bit like an inconvenience?
The service didn?t feel very friendly and when we were paying, we felt like we were being stared at to ensure to add gratuity - this felt very uncomfortable and we had to tip despite not being very satisfied.

I tried their pizzas- Smoky BBQ and Double American Cheese. Both were delicious. Good portions. Good taste and value for money.
Their chocolate brownie, however, to me seemed like a tiny portion.
They have some great offers and discounts as well. And speedy service.

It's been ages since I've been to this restaurant but goodness, it definitely still has it! Great service with a very warm welcome and delicious pizzas as ever. Tasty house red (shiraz) and Ioved the Dolcetti desserts. I had the Caffe Reale (sweet figs in a cinnamon and white wine spiced syrup with mascarpone - pictured) and it was amazing. Definitely coming back soon!

Today I visited Pizza Express, and it was amazing. The crust was perfectly crispy, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. I tried a few different pizzas, and every single one was outstanding. The service was top-notch ? quick, friendly, and attentive. Highly recommend this place! ??
