Brought a chick?n rice and a quarter chicken and normally this is something that comes with flavor and a bit of that spicy hot juice sauce, unfortunately on this occasion this wasn?t the case , rice box was dry and no taste, and the quarter chicken was a small leg that it was dragged from kids menu, sorry for anyone experienced there normall pepes as this wasn?t the case for this shop?. Also the cleaning at the shop was under any expectations. Won?t return.

Pepe?s make good food, but they are so stingy with the garlic dips and that?s what lets them down.
I?d rather go to Rio?s where bossman will give me the extra garlic dip without making me tap my card for 50p.

I have ordered The wrap and chick n rice, first of all rice?s were soggy and chicken chunks were cuts so big that it was not properly cooked in fact hard and chewy. On top of that I have ordered the hot but it was tasteless , worst experience ever

I had a great experience at Pepe?s Chicken! The food was fresh, tasty, and came out quickly. What really stood out, though, was the service. A friendly waiter named Hudaifa went above and beyond ? he even offered me a free drink, which was such a kind gesture. It?s rare to find customer service like that these days. Will definitely be coming back. Thanks again, Hudaifa!

The owner should look at whose he employing. Great food but extremely rude and arrogant staff, as if they are being forced to work there. No respect. They see you and talk s...t about you while you order. In terms of food it's great the only reason I wouldn't want to eat there is due to extremely unprofessional, rude and arrogant people working there, with no respect or decency.

I really like the food at Pepe's but today I was quite disappointed by the covered food. I had written in the order note that I wanted the wings to be juicy and well coated with sauce. But the wings were very dry. When I call them and tell them that it is dry and there is no sauce, they reply that extra money is charged for the juicier extra sauces , whereas there is no option for extra sauces in wings . I had ordered 3 dip sauces but it was missing in the order, when I called they sent dip after 1-1:30 hour of which they are no use . I had to face a lot of embarrassment to my friends because of you pepe?s team. You will have to think twice before ordering again.

Very simple order - half it was wrong when it arrived. Significantly worse than the pepe's where I used to live and I will not be ordering again.

Worst customer service ?
They are not serving Sauces woth 10 or 20 pence with food. You don't pack food in a hand cary for take away. When i checked inside the food bag You didn't put Napkins.To make sure When i asked him have you put some sauces with the man told you have to buy amazing Bro. And you people claim UK's fastest and largest growing fast food chain. Just look at your customer services. Worst thing i have ever experienced in Oxford 250 Cowley Rd, Oxford OX4 1UH Pepe's.
