The store is well-stocked, the clerk is polite, but the manager is rude and ignorant. I respect the line, and she lets people go past me. When I pointed this out, she didn't even apologize. She doesn't deserve her position. Lower her position until she becomes polite and humble.

Today we visited Pandora in westgate and we were served by a lovely lady called grace. She went above the standard and helped us with my daughter broken charm. She was very helpful we will definitely be back!

Susanna from the Oxford store is very knowledgeable about the products in store and showed excellent professionalism when making recommendations about items I was looking for. As someone who doesn't buy jewellery often, it was very refreshing having a second opinion and useful advice! I would highly recommend giving the Oxford store a visit!

I went to this store about two weeks ago with the mindset of hope to get a Pandora charm that I got told in two other store was impossible to buy. As soon as I entered the store I was greeted with a smiling face by one of the shop assistant. She was extremely helpful and managed to help me with my situation. Honestly one of the nicest people and the most pleasant shopping experience I probably have ever had

Today is my birthday and I went to Pandora Oxford store in Westgate to buy 2 rings and I get 15% discount. The manager Chloe went above and beyond to help me get discount through the pandora me app and to arrange that discount for me. Lovely girl and lovely smile. I wish her success in whatever she does. Xx

we were served today by a very lovely girl called Talaa, while out shopping for a birthday present for myself. she was extremely helpful and her customer service skills and first class. the store was tidy and organised. sometimes i think it?s difficult to find helpful sales people but i couldn?t recommend this girl enough
