Purchased garden furniture from here and are so pleased with the customer service and after service. Would highly recommend this garden centre.

Nice and quiet place with lots of products to choose from. Little cafe inside offers lovely snacks at reasonable prices. It?s a bit too hot inside the cafe in the summer but there?s a fan spinning aer or you can just enjoy seating on the terrace. The centre does not accept AMEX so this could be an improvement for the future. Car park is quite large and easy to navigate.

Always find the plants I?m looking for. Excellent range. Always someone available to give advice on what to plant where and how to care for them. Plus free delivery of essentials like pots, compost, bark chippings, etc. Very good, friendly service.

They?ve had someone help me carry my shopping to my car and load it when I had my hands full with little kids.

Dog friendly, small but well stocked garden centre. Plants are well cared for and healthy. Staff are so helpful and go above and beyond.. I was with my two dogs this morning and a lady went to get me a trolley from the car park, then another took it back from my car to the trolley bay for me. Cafe is good value with very good cakes.

Good quality plants at reasonable prices and friendly helpful staff.
I have bought products from this plant nursery for several years and have never been disappointed.
I recently ordered compost and a half oak barrel, so the free delivery was very handy.

Visited with my parents for lunch. Was stifling hot inside so we ate outside on the pleasant patio. Staff seemed stressed and weren?t at all friendly - one lady snapped at my Dad when he asked for loo roll for the gents. Food was average - decent sized tea cake but cheese in panini was cold and not melted

As well as being an excellent garden centre to visit, I have used them several times now to have compost delivered to my home and also to my allotment, they deliver free of charge, small or large orders, punctual, very quick delivery or delivery for an arranged day and time slot. Can't fault them at all, great communication and excellent customer service, also prices are as competitive as anywhere else.

I?ve reached out to this centre by email, as I wanted to buy a plant to my colleague in UK who is retiring. Manager Nia supported me via emails and helped me to organise everything online. I am immensely grateful for her kind support, truly customer-centric attitude. Wish more businesses were like this one ? Many-many thanks.
