Wanted to return an item. The receipt says ?return by 14 January?. Came to the store well before, on 9th January. Stuff said that the item is on sale and should be returned within 2 weeks rather than by 14th January. Well, it would have been nice to be inform about this 2 weeks policy while purchasing the item? perhaps a girl at the till could kindly say that please disregard that 14th January day on the receipt and return by 2 weeks instead. No one told me a word about it.When when I asked for the manager to help out, explaining that no one told me about that 2 weeks policy, she started to scream on me!!!!!!! Ridiculous, a manager screaming on a customer!!! Anyway, manager said that everyone is trained to tell a customer about two weeks policy. Well, I have not been told that. So at the end I was unable to return my item, I was yelled at, and blamed that it my fault that I do not know this 2 weeks policy.By all means, avoid this store unless you want to have horrible experience.

Very poor quality. Avoid at all costs! I bought the dress which was clearly used worth £100. The dress was exchanged however wrong size. When I approached the store I guess manager called Louise was called and in very abrupt manner she refused exchange despite the fact she did not understand the whole context. She has threatened me with security. She lacked customers skills and she used abuse to keep me quiet. I would not recommend this place at all. The quality of products and customers service is poor!

The staff requires some training on catering to customer - are the shoppers expected to manage completely on their own without any assistance? There were 5 customers in stores and about 6 staff, who did nothing but stand in a corner.

Yesterday evening near to 8pm a sales person (blue dress) dealt with me as if I(brown skin) am a threat , where she went out of her way for the white person who went in with me.Just for your understanding, I work hard to fit in, while I make the effort, you please also work on your inherent biases.Thought not to put this out in public initially, but later thought these issues should be pointed out.Wouldn't be comfortable visiting the showroom again I guess.

Wow! Great clothes shop with a lovely variety of clothing and colours. I was perfectly looked after by Sifa. Being probably not the usual age group I asked Sifa's advice and she kindly got theitems for me in different sizes willingly. Will not hesitate to go back!
