Terrible service at this store especially by Halil. We waited in the store for 30 minutes, no one addressed us and then Halil came up to us after 30 minutes saying there was a queue and we would have to wait an hour. Meanwhile no employee let us know about this when we entered. Absolutely terrible customer service. Shocking as other O2s have been great.

Terrible customer service. Never answer the phone and when they do, just act all innocent. Don't preorder in store, they have no idea what they are doing and incapable of being honest.

Staff done everything to put us of getting a phone when we went in, have spent two days trying to call them but they don't answer at all. TERRIBLE staff and service.

Assistance is non-existent. It's been 2 weeks that my number is blocked for a mistake on their side and every day they tell me to wait another 24 hours. They gave me 3 news sim cards and none works.

I never review anyone but they are bass seviced. They are free but they doesn not want to help coptomed.If they are doesn not change staff the company will loose down.

Awful place I do not recommend getting insurance on your devices they just rip you off I?ve been paying 50£ a month for my insurance for just shy of 2 years and they say you can?t get a replacement phone Urm excuse what have I been paying for then mate? Don?t worry you guys will be hearing from me again aint letting £50 a month for 2 years slide and the cheek of the worker to tell me to leave the shop when I?m getting agitated mate if I had left when you told me to what would that have solved pal nothing

Went in with my family in order to as we were changing provider from 3 three to O2.SOHAIB deserves a commendation as he was the kindest and most considerate person ever. Not only was he helping my family, he was helping other customers as well, showing them the kindness and helpfulness that he showed us. Even though he seemed to be working hard enough for 3 people, he was attentive and friendly with them all.I can not praise SOHAIB enough, he is the definition of a model employee.And also we met the manager Arun was very friendly and helpful manHighly recommended
