Went here yesterday to buy some smart clothes, a nice Lady helped me find something I liked and gave me good advice. (She said she usually works upstairs selling furniture, hopefully she can get some recognition). Good prices etc, very helpful.

We just stopped for a quick meal. The burger and chips came very warm. I had a problem scanning my reward card on the screen and they helped at the till. Star employee is a lady called Raid ( or Riad, sorry I just had a quick look at her name). She is a lovely lady and she keeps all the tables and floor very clean.

No water as a drink, no trays, no real service whatsoever. Shouldve known when customer in front got wrong meal. Finally handed across counter in bags, no dip, raw chips and a burger that couldve helped the world shortage of vegetable oil. STAY AWAY

This location has 2 of the self serve coke machines. Neither of which were working on our visit. We asked why and were told that one of them had never worked and they weren't allowed to fill the other one. They had also been told they were not to give out free refills to anyone. Will go to the burger king at the Oxford services next time as the service there is much better. It felt like we were being rushed to make our choices and they woukd have preferred us to use the self service points.
