Shockingly empty at 6pm, but this meant service was super speedy. Unfortunately not a big fan of the Fanta flavour? I fell for the gimmick. Chips have also gotten crunchier I feel which is probably a pro for most people, but I miss when they were very mushy.

First time visit today, will also be the last, when food was delivered to our table they had no clean cutlery and we had to wait almost 5 mins till the dishwasher cycle finished! Butterfly chicken was so dry I couldn't swallow it! Ladies toilets not clean, with toilet roll dispensers empty and the rolls sitting on the floor. Very disappointing. When I spoke to staff about it I got a shrug of the shoulders and a sorry. Poor customer service

Food is great as usual, as expected of a Nando's, but this is a review of their exceptional service. We are travelling, were in a bit of a rush, picking up food on our way to the railway station. The people there understood our urgency and in fact, went out of their way to help us. They delivered the food in a matter of minutes and yes, thanks to them, we got on our train and didn't have to go hungry. To the lady who helped us, I'm sorry I missed your name in that rush, but thank you, really!!??

An absolutely appalling experience. After 30 mins of waiting for a table (which was expected given that it was a peak time), we ordered food straight away. The food took 45 minutes to get to our table, with others that arrived after us getting their food before us.
I had a view of the kitchen area and could see that my burger was sat on the serving table for over 20 minutes, though the server lied and claimed it had come fresh out of the grill. When the food finally did arrive, the chicken was lukewarm at best and sauce had dried up. The chips and garlic bread were cold.
We explained the situation to the server and we were given a full refund, albeit with no real apology nor any acknowledgement from the manager, who was hiding away in the kitchen all night. The staff were often arguing between themselves and the organisation felt utterly dreadful, which explains why our food was sitting on the serving table for so long.
Nando's really needs to address the issues at this branch, standards fell far short of usual Nando's expectations.

As a big chicken lover, Nando?s is always my go-to for a satisfying meal, and tonight?s dinner did not disappoint! We ordered the chicken thighs and chicken wings, which are our classic favorites at Nando?s?whether it's here or anywhere, we can always count on these to be delicious.
The chicken was perfectly cooked, tender, and packed with flavor. And, of course, I can't get enough of the chutneys and sauces they offer at Nando?s. They really elevate the meal and bring it all together. Every bite was just amazing!
If you're a fan of great chicken and bold flavors, Nando?s is the place to be. Definitely recommend it anytime, anywhere!

Just eaten here, food awesome as expected. A little loud to hear my companion talk but that's not an issue. The outstanding component of this visit was Alex the server. He was so attentive to everyone's needs, at the same time as being such a friendly and funny guy. What an enthusiastic ambassador for nandos. He is a treasure and I hope the bosses at Nandos Oxford George Street appreciate him.
