Place is spacious and staff out numbered customers, I wanted to open an ISA, however they didn't seem interested in my business. Told me I could open the account online, however the account isn't available online. Since opened elsewhere, online, in seconds, I may lose out on 0.03% interest, but it's a price worth paying.

The service is by far the best of the UK high street banks I have tried so far. After visiting Lloyds, Santander, and HSBC yesterday and bad to terrible service there, I came here. University students can only get a cash account, which comes with some downsides for international students, but apart from that one can't complain...
