Ordered on the app and decided to pick in the drive thru as it looked like there was no queue. Turned out there were three cars which then took 10 mins to get through. When I finally got to the pickup window I was told the food wasn't ready and I had to go to a bay. Five minutes there was too long so I went into the restaurant and waited another 5 minutes to talk to someone who then realised I hadn't been served my food. When it all came out, it was piping hot, but 25 mins for some chicken nuggets and two burgers was terrible. The girl serving me did at least offer a "sorry". This experience felt more like Burger King poor service than McDonald's.

The food is always good from this branch however it has to be the slowest golden arches I have ever been to. Doesn't matter if you use the drive through or go inside, it's always slow.

The quality of the food is way lower than in other McD. Lumpy cold fries and double cheeseburger looking like someone stepped on it, Happy meals with random toys from Halloween in February. I was expecting Sonic as advertised.

Very slow service and car park design is poor. Drive through blocks half the car park.
Food was cold when we drive off but could not be bothered to return. Not to the usual standards

Placed order for hamburger happy meal with latte for mummy, paid at first window. Went to collect at second window and was told it was just coming - great thought, hot fresh food....received bag and receipt and drove away...
Actually received cold fries, cheeseburger which couldn't be eaten due to the cheese and the top hadn't been fixed to the latte - thus when picked up, spilled out - the only hot correct thing in the order.

Can't even get basic orders correct. Ordered a delivery, 2 burgers missing out of 4. Called to complain but as ordered through the app, had to try through that. Got a chatbot, got nowhere. Tried UberEats, got nowhere. Maybe I am hypocritical but rarely order fast food and ordered delivery as have had a few glasses of wine but is this really where we have got to? Poor service, even worse customer service and the inability to speak to a human. Last time I ever order from here.

The best McDonalds visit I've ever had! It was very clean inside, the food was fast to be delivered to our table and was nice and hot as it should be! Throughout the visit we could see staff deep cleaning the bins and the mats inside the door and all the staff we interacted with were polite and friendly. I'd highly recommend!
