Despite being a busy place, they manage to keep it clean and well-organized. The best part is that orders come out fast, so even during peak times, you don?t have to wait long. A reliable choice for a quick bite!

The staff were friendly, and the restaurant was clean, though it did feel a bit busy. It's a convenient spot when you're in a hurry and craving something quick, but nothing particularly special stands out. Plenty of parking slits. If you're looking for a reliable fast food option, it hits the mark, but it's nothing more than what you?d find at any other location.

Central heating is broken since December and they keep on saying somebody is fixing it, clearly they are lying since at the end of January it is still broken. This is really bad! Do not go to this branch, they do dot care about the customers, it is very cold inside and it is not healthy eating in the cold .

I?m sorry I have to leave a very negative feedback as the place use to be my favourite. It is now almost two months that in the middle of winter there is no central heating and one has no choice but to sit and eat in the freezing cold. Everytime i ask to one of the managers, and everytime I?m told ?yes, there is no central heating but it will be fixed TOMORROW?? it sounds a bit like a joke after all? this time

Not your normal McDonald's. The service was slow 15 min to get cheeseburger meal. Said it was ready but not allowed to have it for another 10 mins. Sat down to eat it. Cold fries cold burger. Also no heat in restaurant so took off coat put back on. Very sad that this is what McDonalds has turned into.

Bought food to take away, only realised when I opened the bag later that items were missing.
Definitely matched the correct order number when collecting from the counter, the staff just didn't supply all of the food I ordered and paid for.

Good for a quick lunch
Parking: Watch out for time as parking is hard to find when busy. Lots of delivery people seem to get priority over normal customers too which is unfair.
Kid-friendliness: No play equipment
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes but quite tight indoors to get around

Visited in the early evening on a Monday in the run up to Christmas. Very busy and clearly not enough staff. The staff were polite despite being under a huge amount of pressure but just couldn't cope with the demand. Huge wait time 20-30 mins - definitely not fast food.

This is probably one of the best McDonald?s in Oxford with the food always being fresh and short waiting times by an organised team that are well managed. I?ve never personally had a problem from here apart from maybe forgetting a minor thing in my order which I understand people make mistakes so it wasn?t an issue. If you?re visiting Oxford I would definitely recommend this McDonald?s.
