I always loved Lush. Not only for the products but also for their staff. Jess, from the Westgate store, was excellent today. We spoke perfumes and oh boy, did I feel really (non invasively) looked after, walking out with my Goddess solid perfume. Such a friendly, caring and insightful visit. I will be back. :)

Aromatic aromatic aromatic.... Even if you don't know about this shop you will unconsciously be attracted towards it because of the pleasant aroma coming from the shop.\\n\\nThere's alot of option to select from depending upon your needs whether its for Skin or Hair Or Bath. If you're confused please consult with the staff they are polite and know there stuff very well.\\n\\nWe have purchased root therapy for scalp, so i will update this review upon usage.\\n\\nIt's a nice place to Visit even if you just hopping around.

Love the store, love the product, love the ethics... What I didn't love is being bombarded at the door by a member of staff trying to sell me products and persistently trying to find something I would like and buy. I appreciate they have a job to do and selling products is their job, but I just wanted to go in and find a bath bomb I liked, not an entire skincare range with the makeup to go with it.

Visited the lush store in Oxford with my wife as she always has to go to lush when we see one. We usually got to the Milton Keynes store but this store seems bigger. As always the staff were amazing and very helpful. Got a few products, mostly Bath bombs. I am sure we will be visiting again when next in Oxford.

Absolutely fantastic !!!\\nThe Lush outlet at Westgate in Oxford is big and has a lovely collection. Bathbombs, perfumes, soaps and cosmetic items - a wide option to choose for each of the items. The staff at Lush Westgate are also very warm and welcoming. I used to visit the Lush store in Tuebingen (Germany), but the one here is definitely bigger.

I haven't shopped in a Lush for quite sometime. I was given a gift voucher for my birthday and am here in Oxford on a city break. We were going past and it looked such a welcoming shop that we popped in to see what I could use my voucher on. I was a little overwhelmed by the selection! Upon seeing me looking confused by the face mask section, a wonderful assistant approached and started chatting about the products. I explained that years ago - and I'm talking probably about 20! - I had a face mask that I really loved but could only remember it was green! We chatted and she asked different questions about my skin etc. She then magically produced the exact product! The smell took me right back!! The amazing Lush Angel - I have to call her that because I didn't catch her name - explained the ingredients and about the self-preserving nature of the product. I was blown away by both the service and the knowledge! Needless to say I will definitely shop in Lush again - I'm just disappointed that I live so far away from this particular branch!

Had a fantastic experience today. Lauren spent a lot of time with me and my partner who both wanted different things. She walked me through all the products I was interested in, had some fantastic recommendations and even gave me a little pot of cream to try for my eczema flare ups. Had a great time and I can't wait to try out all my goodies.

As always friendly and helpful staff. Stocked up on solid shampoo etc for the summer - can take as hand luggage on a plane. Solid deodorant lasts at least a year so a real bargain at £7.
