Prices seem to change from day to day and whoever is behind the till. Staff are rude and the parcel drop off service never seems to be working.

Personally I quite like this store. They have many international products and the shopkeepers are always polite and helpful to me. Sometimes some items can be a bit expensive, but such is nature of corner shops. They have everything from packing tape to frozen foods, and even small items like Pokémon cards sometimes. Overall I recommend!

Without a doubt the unfriendliest store keeper I have ever had the misfortune of meeting. Was a lot unfriendlier to my female friend than me. Looking at other reviews here that seems to be a pattern.

Strongly dislike this place. Customer Service doesn't exist. Super unfriendly. They clearly don't want customers to come back. Have changed my settings so no more packages are being delivered to this shop.

This place should be given the award for worst customer service ever. I tried to drop off a Yodel parcel two days ago to be told that ?the service is down darling?. I returned today to be shouted at by the same man for putting the parcel in the wrong place. He then claimed that the label barcode was invalid. Fortunately his colleague then scanned it and it went through. This rude and nasty treatment puts me off ever returning there which is a shame as the shop is very handy.

Shop owners are incredibly rude and racist, went in to drop off a Yodel parcel and they lied to me saying the system is down and that the whole of UK has been affected.
Also wouldn?t buy from them, most of them stuff have expired and are overpriced.

What a unpleasant person working today behind counter first rushes me to scan my package while still watching video on his phone while aim looking for my code he returns to his video finally I try to scan myself he lectures me he will do it maybe a bit of manners as You were still watching video when I tried to do it myself shame I can't give 0 stars!!

The guys in here are hideously rude, especially if you dare to use the Yodel service...which they offer ? I tried to buy stuff for a bit to see if it would stop them being so rude to me, but no. Avoid like the plague.

Appalling customer service. The staff are incredibly rude and seem to go out of their way to be unhelpful. Don't give them your business, there are plenty of other good options in Jericho where staff are pleasant.

Do not use this place for parcels! They lose them, deny it, shout at customers. Guy is just awful and angry. Avoid!!!!

The Staff in this shop are the most friendly and helpful people. Great local shop, part of the Jericho community. I recommend it to everyone.
