Dropped a yodel package off here in the afternoon. Service was quick and cordial. He covered the old label with the new label so I didn?t have to scratch it out. It?s probably true that they close early unannounced so just make sure you go early.

Walked all the way with a heavy package to drop at the Yodel pick up point in this store at 7.40pm. Turned out the store decided to close early (not just Google maps, also the store itself says closing time is 8pm). Knocked on the door and the guy insisted that the system is already turned off and sent me away walking back with the heavy package.I would suggest for others to not bother going here to drop Yodel packages

**WARNING** WARNING**WARNING**This store is breaking the consumer act 2017, they charge you to use paypoint by debit/credit card, which is illegal.You have been reported to Trading standards. Go somewhere else as they will not charge.1 star was only given as to leave a review something had to be selected.

BREACH OF CONSUMER RIGHTSAfter a general enquiry about a charging cable and plug and whether I could return the product if a fault was to arrise within 30 days the manager or owner stated that I could not return this even though I informed him about the consumer rights act 2015 and my rights to a replacement or refund.If this shop cannot follow basic consumer rights legislation I can only speculate to what else they are not complying with.
